You received a copy of the math study guide on the last day before break. If you lost it or did not receive it, you can obtain a similar copy from the following link:

Complete the following and turn it into be by January 14th (the end of intersession). If you will be at school the first day of intersession, you can provide a handwritten version of your work. If not, then you will need to scan or type your responses to the following. You will not turn in the booklet but your responses on separate sheets of paper.
1) Complete the practice text and identify areas that your may need to practice. I need your answers and a reflection after your graded it about areas that need improvement. (NOTE: for the practice text only, I only want your answers (A, B, C, D) rather than your work)
2) Read through each of the six chapters and complete the sample questions at the end of each chapter. Provide your answers, your work to solve the problem (when applicable)and a reflection after you graded your answers for each problem.
For complete and thorough responses, you can receive 2 points for the practice text and reflection, and 1 point for each chapter resulting in a total of 8 possible extra credit points.
